SIRAD is a Saudi limited liability company headquartered in Riyadh and entered in the commercial register in September 2026. It works in infrastructure project development, asset development and management, logistics services, technology solutions, facilities and services management, and co-founding companies and projects.
We work as a corporate developer: every project is governed by clear authority, documented decisions and auditable records, and every asset is managed against measurable performance indicators.
We build with government entities, investors, operators and developers through partnership structures that transfer knowledge and create lasting national capability.

It was founded by partners who came from working groups, not from an idea. What moved into SIRAD is not the names but the method: teams that know the field, operating systems already proven, supply chains already running, and the discipline in schedule and cost its people learned on real projects.
